When do Beginner Classes start?
New beginner classes the first week of every month on most every day of the week.

We suggest you come about 10-15 minutes early for your first class to give yourself time to register.
START DATES: We start the first week of every month. For the start date of our next series, you’ll want to see the schedule on our SCHEDULE page. You are welcome to join week one or two of the series.
How much are your classes?
As for pricing, the most popular choices for first time students:
- 1 class for $15 or
- 6 classes for $69A 6-punchcard should last for the first month and a half of classes (if you come once a week). It expires after 60 days, so you can use the punchcard for one class a week, or multiple classes a week!
- $99 Unlimited Beginner Pass. Join us for any or all of the many beginner classes offered for an entire month. This is very popular and our best deal.
- Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted.
Do I need a partner?
We provide the partners, and we rotate often.
Can I take a class to just try it?
You’re welcome to join either the first or second week of class. A single class is $15. If you like it and want to join the series, before you leave, ask if you can apply your payment to a punchcard (you’ll save yourself money).
Do you have a place to practice?
Yes, on
- Friday nights we have a practice Salsa Dance at 8:30 PM when we open the studio for practice and a FREE beginner lesson.
- Saturdays at noon there is a free Ballroom Practice Time.
- Every 4th Saturday is Ballroom Nightclub with a mix of the other partner dances, tango, swing, etc. We order snacks and refreshments for everyone to enjoy.
- Please join us – and bring your friends. We have wonderful students which create a very welcoming atmosphere.
How do I register?
Just come to class at the Dance Family Studio 15 minutes before class to purchase your 6-punch card, or the popular Beginner Pass.

Do we need special shoes?
